By using Float Business, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the changes.

Float Business is a cash-flow dashboard for solo business owners, plus Discover — a directory of digital products submitted by their creators. It's an informational tool, not financial, tax, or legal advice.

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us at floatapp.help@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Everything in your finance dashboard — expenses, sales, invoices — is data you enter or import yourself. We don't verify its accuracy, and "safe to withdraw" figures are calculated from what you've entered — not a guarantee or professional recommendation.

If you submit a product to Discover, you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to submit it. We manually review every submission before it goes live — approval isn't a certification, endorsement, or verification of revenue claims, only a basic editorial check.

We can reject, edit for clarity, or remove any listing at our discretion, including after it's published.

If you connect Gumroad, you authorize us to read your published product list and revenue data via Gumroad's API. You can revoke this at any time from your Gumroad account settings.

No fraudulent submissions, fake products, scraping the app, attempting to bypass review, or abusing the API routes. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

Float Business relies on Supabase, Google, Gumroad, PostHog, and Sentry. We're not responsible for outages or issues originating from these providers.

Float Business is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that dashboard calculations are free of bugs. Use it as a tool, not a source of truth for tax or legal decisions — talk to a qualified professional for those.

To the extent permitted by law, Float Business and its operator aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including financial decisions made based on dashboard data.

You can delete your account at any time by emailing floatapp.help@gmail.com. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
